| BONDSTOCK CO-CONVENORS: SALLY TUCKER & BEN MACK |
The Bondstock Co-Conveners work with the objective of organising all aspects of the annual Bondstock festival, and work closely with each member of the Bondstock Committee to identify areas of opportunity and organisation. This includes the liaison with numerous stakeholders such as the Bond University Student Association, Bond University management and numerous external groups.

| EVENTS COORDINATORS: CAITEY LONGDEN & HENRY NORRIS |
| Caitey and Henry are responsible for all social events held throughout the Bondstock Week, including developing event concepts, gathering information on suppliers and sources, process planning, event formatting, management, and bumping in/out. This includes events such as the Bondstock Secret Location Party and Music Festival. |

| PROMOTIONS COORDINATOR: ADAM ROBERTS |
| Adam is responsible for all aspects of promotion throughout Bondstock. Promotion includes the branding of the Bondstock week, along with the generation of awareness (including events and special guest appearances) among the student and broader Gold Coast and Australian population. Adam also manages the sales and distribution of event tickets. |

| SPECIAL GUESTS COORDINATOR: HUGH MINSON |
| Hugh is responsible for all stages of engaging with external guests relevant to the Bondstock activities. This includes identifying and locating VIP guests, initiating contact, preparing and disseminating invitations, catering for VIP guest needs during their stay at Bond, and making arrangements as needed. Hugh is working with a number of nationally and internationally renowned personalities. |

| SPONSORSHIP COORDINATOR: RUPERT PEDLER |
| Rupert is responsible for identifying opportunities for external sponsorship within the Bondstock Festival. This involves contacting external businesses, negotiating and formulating agreements, and delivering on agreements by working closely with the remaining committee. This includes presenting the week and its activities in a professional and pragmatic manner. |
